How I start my day as a 44 busy mom with lupus and a business to run

I start the day with AG1, it took me a long time to give it a try but I’m so happy I did! I was able to ditch my multi vitamin and probiotics and now I just drink this in the morning. it’s delicious, I’m currently hooked on the berry flavor. I drink it while I read my bible, this version makes it so easy to understand, breaks down everything into real life terms, at the bottom of every page it gives such great information of what each line looks like in real life, today!

My lupus really prevents me from full on working out. I love it but I can’t seem to find the “too much mark” heck even a long walk some days does me in and I’m fatigued for days. It’s really hard because I need to workout, I want to workout but I know what happens when I do. I also always some sort of congestion going on with my lymphatic system just not doing a great job. This was hands down one of my favorite purchases in 2025 and I can’t live without it.

Fresh air is a must! so blessed to live in FL and have access to nice weather year round. I used to suffer from seasonal depression living in NY. there is just something about sunshine and fresh air, that changes that all!

I’ve actually noticed my dark spots disappear! I had one spot on my cheek that wouldn’t budge no matter what cream I tried and this finally did the trick! This has a portable battery pack so I can do things around the house while I use it. no cords to plug in and be stuck down!
